Adam Poncio has practiced law since 1989 and founded Poncio Law Offices, P.C. to give employees, employers, and businesses a dedicated advocate in high-stakes disputes. He is Board Certified in both Civil Appellate Law and Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — a distinction held by a small percentage of Texas attorneys.

Adam's practice centers on labor and employment law, including matters arising under state and federal labor statutes, alongside appellate practice and litigation in both federal and state courts. He also represents clients in insurance and securities disputes, fraud litigation, and complex commercial litigation.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and South Texas College of Law, Adam has received numerous legal and community honors throughout his career. Outside the office, he is a family man who remains committed to bringing justice to those in need.
